            The extent of globalization in the world calls for a change in the strategies of operations in organizations. The world has become interconnected as a result of advancements in technology and communication systems (Morgan & Vardy, 2009). It is, therefore, possible for a person to work in any part of the world. Globalization calls for organizations to embrace diversity in their management practices.  FEEDERS International is a non-profit organization that has not embraced diversity in its management operations. As a result, the majority of its employees are mainly drawn from one ethnic community, the Hispanics. The composition of its workers indicates that company management focuses on employing its workers from one particular ethnic group. In a nation that is as adverse as America, it is impossible to have a company that has 95 percent of its employees drawn from a minority community.

The company also portrays lack of diversity in the composition of its board members and officers. The statistics indicate that most of the board members and the officers are drawn from the Hispanic community. Besides, the company also organizes events and activities that do not support multi-cultural activities. Therefore, FEEDERS International needs to embrace a multi-cultural approach and strategies in order to be consistent with its organization’s objectives and comply with the legal requirements. Besides, embracing diversity helps in drawing competent employees from different walks of life. The research aims at identifying and discussing factors that might be helpful to the organization in terms of embracing a multicultural strategy.
